Día 4

¡Hola!

Today, we went to Camino Nuevo to observe classroom time. We observed the teachers who instruct children with cerebral palsy (CP) and autism of the pre-school age. During this time, we made note of suggestions that will be communicated to the teachers in a few days during a debrief. After this we headed to Phawarisa, a vocational school for youth ages 13 and on. Here, we were served lunch by students who are learning the skills required to work in the service industry. We also were provided with a tour of the facility and met some students that we will be working with in therapy on Friday. We look forward to a busy day tomorrow as we work with Amilcar and conduct home visits.
